Geological Summary
Underlain by Triassic King Salmon sedimentary rocks, andesitic flow and pyroclastic rocks, and limestone. On the northeast part of the claims is the Upper Triassic Sinwa limeston which is along the major northeast dipping King Salmon Thrust Fault. These rocks are intruded by Jurassic plutons of intermediate composition and felsites of Cretaceous to Tertiary age.
