Metamorphosed Upper Paleozoic? marine sedimentary rocks are intruded by a Cretaceous and/or Tertiary stock. The intrusion appears to be related to a northerly trending fault system. Pyrrhotite, magnetite, chalcopyrite, galena and scheelite occur in the contact zone.
