Geological Summary
The property is within the Tyaughton Trough, and it appears to be part of a northwest trending belt of sedimentary and volcanic rocks (Cretaceous) intruded by felsic rocks (Cretaceous/Tertiary). Several occurrences of molybdenite/malachite, azurite, chalcopyrite, chrysocolla, native copper and silver are related to quartz-carbonate veins and fractures.
