THE CLAIMS ARE UNDERLAIN BY A MIXED ASSEMBLAGE OF (UPPER TRIASSIC) KING SALMON FORMATION SEDIMENTARY ROCKS ANDESITE AND VOLCANICLASTIC SEDIMENTS AND LIMESTONE. SINWA LIMESTONE OCCURS ALONG THE KING SALMON FAULT. THESE ROCKS ARE INTRUDED BY (JURASSIC) PLUTON AND PORPHYRITIC DYKES, WITH SKARN DEVELOPMENT IN THE SINWA LIMESTONE.
