THE PROPERTY IS UNDERLAIN BY AUGITE PORPHYRY AND ANDESITE OF THE (TRIASSIC) NICOLA GROUP, QUARTZ MONZONITE INTRUSIONS, PROBABLY OF THE (TRIASSIC OR JURASSIC) THUYA BATHOLITH, AND TERTIARY BASALT. NORTH TO NORTHWESTERLY AND WEST TO NORTHWESTERLY TRENDING FAULTS CUT THE ROCKS. QUARTZ VEINS ARE SUBPARALLEL TO NORTHWESTERLY TRENDING FAULTS BUT THE VEINS DIP TOWARD THE NORTHEAST RATHER THAN IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION LIKE THE FAULTS.
