THE BRENT-OAK CLAIM GROUP IS UNDERLAIN BY VOLCANIC ROCKS OF THE MYRA FORMATION WITHIN THE PALEOZOIC SICKER GROUP. RECENT VLF-MAGNETOMETER AND INDUCED POLARIZATION SURVEY WERE CONDUCTED TO FURTHER DELINEATE CONDUCTIVE ZONES DETECTED DURING A 1984 AIRBORNE SURVEY. A LARGE EAST-WEST TRENDING 550 METRE LONG CHARGEABILITY ANOMALY (OPEN TO THE EAST) IS FLANKED BY A VLF CONDUCTOR TO THE NORTH.
