EPITHERMAL GOLD-SILVER-BASE METAL MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN VEINS, BRECCIAS, AND DISSEMINATIONS IN PORPHYRITIC ANDESITE AND DACITE BELONGING TO THE TOODOGGONE VOLCANICS. MINERALIZATION IS ACCOMPAN- IED BY POTASSIC, PHYLLIC, AND PROPYLITIC ALTER- ATION. THE VOLCANIC ROCKS STRIKE NORTHWESTERLY AND DIP GENTLY TO MODERATELY NORTHEAST. MINERALIZATION IS CONTROLLED BY NORTHWEST-STRIKING, STEEPLY DIPPING FAULTS.
