Geological Summary
The claims are underlain by Upper Paleozoic gneisses of the Central Gneiss Complex. The rocks in the area represent a highly metamorphosed volcanic-sedimentary belt hosting numerous subeconomic massive sulphide deposits. Massive pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and galena occur in widths up to 10 metres in the Packsack deposit.
