Geological Summary
Property is underlain by Cretaceous and/or Tertiary volcanics of the Ootsa Lake Group. Drilling reveals a suite of felsic volcanic rocks representing more or less altered, glassy, typically non- porphyritic rhyolites and latites. Mineralogy consists of varying proportions of quartz, sericite and potassic glass. The majority are fragmental rocks, either coarse tuffs or brecciated flows.
