| Geological Summary |
The property is underlain by quartz biotite schists and gneisses, migmaties and minor quartzite and marble of the Shuswap Metamorphic Complex. The metasediments are intruded by small felsic and pegmatic sills and dykes. Skarns develop in a series of carbonate beds within biotite schists. The skarn consists mainly of quartz-garnet-idocrase. Scheelite is concentrated in the garnet rich bands of the skarn.
