Geological Summary
The property is underlain by a sequence of northwest trending conglomerate, sandstone, and argillite of the Upper Jurassic Dewdney Creek Group. These units have been intruded by Late Cretaceous to Early Tertiary dykes and intrusives. Crosscutting quartz-carbonate veins are mineralized with chalcopyrite, argentiferous galena, sphalerite, and ruby silver. The veins have preferred orientations of 50 or 80 degrees and generally have epidote and sericite in the matrix and as alteration selvages.
